One of the largest issues with nonstick pans is their tendency to warp. If the aluminum is skinny, it is almost actually going to warp with use--sometimes, with only a few uses. While you'd suppose the Greblon would be better titanium because of|as a result of} it's the newer and "greater tech" choice, there actually is not a lot of difference in performance.
